Building self-esteem, knowing your strengths

6 Hours (excluding breaks) Practical Training Certificate of Attendance

High self-esteem means that you value yourself. This course was designed to allow you to recognise your own strengths, weaknesses, and skills. People with high self-esteem acknowledge their successes and achievements, respond confidently to challenges, and practice positive thinking. To acknowledge your weaknesses is to accept the reality, to work towards improving in areas that are realistic for you and learn not to dwell as you have qualities elsewhere.

It is important to know both your strengths and weaknesses because only then do you know when to say “no” to those tasks or activities which do not support your values or seem to have a real purpose.
